Canadian Accredited Programs
To be eligible to write the CAMRT certification exam, each candidate must successfully complete an accredited educational program in Medical Radiation Technology (MRT).

The practice exams have been revised in 2013. Previously, the practice exams were offered free of charge through a pilot project funded by Employment and Social Development Canada. The pilot project ended and a fee is now being charged. The fee gives access to the practice exam for a total of five (5) times.
The French version of the radiological technology and magnetic resonance exams will be available by March 31, 2014. The radiation therapy and nuclear medicine practice exams will not be translated as certification exams in these discipline are not offered in the French language.

Candidates are responsible to read all information regarding the certification process posted on this website.
Completed applications and fees for certification exams must be received by the application deadline. All applicable fees must accompany the application. Late or incomplete applications will not be processed.
The CAMRT accepts comments regarding the exam for a period of two (2) weeks following the date of the exam. Please forward your comments to firstname.lastname@example.org .
