The 2020 William Doern Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship Recipient testimony

“I am very honoured to be this year’s recipient of the William Doern Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship and would like to express my sincere gratitude towards the CAMRT Foundation. As a radiation therapy student at the University of Alberta, I continually strive to be a community-oriented leader, balancing my volunteer efforts with my academic and employment commitments. This award will not only help ease the financial burden of completing my degree in radiation therapy; it is also an invaluable recognition of my leadership pursuits and inspires me to continue looking for ways to give back to the community. Thank you again for your generosity!”

The CAMRT Foundation Roentgen Ramble 2022

Each year CAMRT members apply to the CAMRT Foundation for financial assistance in their pursuit of education, which will advance our profession. These members must meet specific criteria to qualify for grant money and must agree to volunteer their time to the Foundation and/or CAMRT.

This year we are hosting several fundraisers including the Roentgen Ramble walk, which will also include a virtual component starting on April 13 and ending on April 24, and an online auction which runs from April 15 to April 24, 2022. Further details will be arriving in the days leading up to CAMRT 2022

This year, the CAMRT Foundation is again hosting the popular Roentgen Ramble virtually! This event is a 5k Run/Walk in support of the CAMRTF. See details here
