The CAMRT 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on May 31st, 12:00 – 13:30. The CAMRT will be broadcasting its AGM via live stream to members who wish to attend across the country. Members will be able to watch the meeting in real time and take part in the meeting through its question and voting functions. For those who will not be able to attend the AGM via live stream, you may indicate your votes in advance. Please note that advanced votes will not count if motions are amended or changed at the meeting. The deadline for receipt of advanced votes is May 21st.
There are currently 4 voting questions, and they deal with issues like approving last year’s minutes; approving the audited financial statements; ratifying the elections of new board members; and appointing auditors for 2020.
