Provincial Manager for CAMRT-AB: Gina McRae
Starting November 2022, Gina McRae took on the role of Provincial Manager for CAMRT-AB.
Gina McRae is a systems thinking, analytical leader who is focused on producing results and strengthening the MRT profession. She achieves success through collaboration, building strong relationships and making evidence based decisions. Members throughout Alberta will likely know Gina well, as she has been a long-time volunteer with the Calgary branch of the ACMDTT, in the capacity of Branch Chair and Education Chair, as well as an organizer of the joint ACMDTT-CAMRT Connect conference which took place in 2018 and 2019.
Gina obtained her diploma in Medical Radiation Technology from SAIT in 2009, and Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University in 2019. She holds the Certified Health Executive Certification (2020) as well as the Lean Six Sigma Certificate (2015). Gina has 15 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, both in clinical and research settings and has held senior roles in business operations and quality assurance.
