MRT Week 2024 – Be on the Cover Contest
Participate in our new, “Cover Contest” where we invite MRTs to submit a fun MRT Week photo of themselves, or even artwork, to be on the cover of the next Newsletter 42.4.
Every year during MRT Week, we invite MRTs to participate in fun challenges and games to win prizes! This year, we want to get you excited for our upcoming “Cover Contest!” We want to see MRTs’ creative and fun side! CAMRT will select the BEST photo submitted to be the front cover for our next newsletter. Share silly, fun moments with your colleagues, or even submit a drawing or design of what you want to see on the cover of the next edition of the CAMRT Newsletter!
All submissions will be judged by 4 MRT CAMRT staff (according to the guidelines below) and the top three submissions will win a prize with the best one ending up on the cover of the next newsletter!
We’re eager to see what your brilliant minds will come up with!
GUIDELINES
How to enter & Eligibility: The Contest is open to all CAMRT members, including student members. The CAMRT has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
- Take a picture, or submit a drawing or design to [email protected] for MRT Week 2024!
- Re-post your photos on Instagram making sure to include the hashtag #MRTWeek2024 to share your MRT Week pride!
Feel free to post to groups, add other hashtags if you like, but these will not be tracked for contest entry purposes.
PRIZES AND PRIZE DRAW
Each CAMRT member making a valid submission will be entered to win the cover contest which will be chosen by CAMRT Staff. The top 3 winners will receive the prizes below.
Prizes
In addition to being on the cover of the next newsletter, the first prize winner can choose one from the following prizes:
- One $200 Amazon Gift Card
- One $100 Amazon Gift Cards
- One Gift Certificate for a CAMRT Full Length Course (CPD) or One Gift Certificate for a CAMRT Quick Self Study (CPD).
The second and third place winners can choose from the remaining prizes.
Notification to prize winners (and instructions for claiming a prize) will be sent via email or other electronic communication (Facebook Messenger or Twitter direct message). Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her electronic communications accounts for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this contest.
If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the CAMRT within ten (10) days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen at random from remaining entries.
CONTEST PERIOD
The “Contest Period” begins on November 3rd, 2024 and ends on November 11th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST. Only entries (submissions) received within the Contest Period will be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
The CAMRT reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at its sole discretion.
PUBLICATION and PUBLICITY
By participating in the Contest, you irrevocably grant CAMRT the right to publish all or part of your submission for promotional purposes, without compensation.
