CPSI is looking for nominations for one vacancy on its Board of Directors

Dear Voting Members of the Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI);

CPSI is looking for nominations for one vacancy on its Board of Directors, to be elected at the Annual Meeting in September. On behalf of Susan Mumme, Chair, CPSI Nominating Committee, we are forwarding to your attention the following:

• Call for Nominations Notice in English and French;
• CPSI Board Nomination Form in English and French; and
• CPSI Bylaws – Article 4 – Board of Directors.

Please also note that CPSI will hold its Annual Meeting on September 21st, 2017 from 12:00 – 2:30 p.m. (ET) at the Westin Hotel in Ottawa, Ontario (lunch is included). Please mark your calendars – we hope to see you there. Our office will forward the meeting materials, and proxy forms if you are not able to attend, in August.
