CAMRT 75th Anniversary: Old-Timer Equipment Contest

CAMRT 75th Anniversary: Old-Timer Equipment Contest

Join us in celebrating the 75th anniversary of CAMRT’s inception.  As you know, we are celebrating our history and getting members involved through varied and fun contests on historical themes throughout the year.

Our second 75th anniversary contest begins April 13 and runs until May 19, 2017.

For this contest, we want members to submit photos of the oldest equipment that they can find in their institutions. If you have an old piece of medical imaging or radiation therapy equipment “lying around” your department, we’d like to see it.If it’s in use all the better. We’re hoping to get a glimpse into the recent past of the MRT profession as the pictures stream in.

All you have to do is take a picture and send it in to CAMRT (jmcgregor@camrt.ca) with a very brief description of the equipment (and the age of the equipment if possible). Once again, the winner (the participant who submits a photo of the oldest equipment) will win a $25 Tim Horton’s gift card, with all participants entered into a draw for two more gift cards.
