Second Victim Radiation Therapy Survey

Attention radiation therapists!

You are being invited to complete a survey regarding second victims in radiation therapy. The primary objective of the survey is to determine what physical and emotional symptoms radiation therapists experience after a clinical incident. The survey has been developed by a medical oncologist, a radiation oncologist, and two radiation therapists at CancerCare Manitoba. The study has received ethics approval from the University of Manitoba REB with the intent to publish the results of this research study. This study is funded by a grant from CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.

Your participation in this research is strictly voluntary. You are not required to provide your name or any other identifying information. Your answers will remain anonymous.

There is a short informational presentation that participants should watch prior to taking the survey. The entire process should take about 20 minutes to complete.
