The CAMRT offers national certification in the medical radiation
technology disciplines of:
To establish eligibility to sit the CAMRT certification exam, all candidates who have completed a medical radiation technology program outside Canada will have their education assessed for substantial similarity to the required competencies in the national competency profile as well as verification of required work experience.
The assessment process may differ between provinces. Candidates
must first determine in which province they wish to practice, and
apply as indicated in the “Eligibility Requirements“
section of the Certification Handbook.

Candidates are responsible to read all information regarding the certification process posted on this website.
Completed applications and fees for certification exams must be received by the application deadline. All applicable fees must accompany the application. Late or incomplete applications will not be processed.
