Call for Abstracts- The 33rd Japan Conference of Radiological Technologists

The 33rd Japan Conference of Radiological Technologists (33JCRT) will be held from September 22nd to 24th, 2017 at Hakodate Citizens Hall and Hakodate Arena in Hakodate city, Hokkaido. 33JCRT is hosted by Japan Association of Radiological Technologists (JART) and Hokkaido Association of Radiological Technologists. The conference main theme is “Let’s promote team medical care with the nation”, and a sub-theme is “Open a port to the future – The succession and progress of techniques”. Educational topics and workshops in 33JCRT will feature more than 25 aspects in the fields of education and radiological technologies. Well-known scientists will be invited for educational lectures, special lectures, keynotes and theme symposia. Important Dates: 

Abstract submission Deadline: May 15, 2017
Notice of acceptance: June 30, 2017
Registration Deadline: July 31, 2017

 

Registration Fees: 

Early bird Registration fee (Before July 31): JPY 16,000 (including evening reception).

Regular Registration fee (After August 1): JPY 20,000 (including evening reception)

 

Abstract Submission: 

Please submit your abstract within 150 words for proceedings of publication. The abstract should have the Purpose of your study, Materials and Methods, Results, and principal Conclusion with an emphasis on the new aspects of your study. An oral presentation is 10 minutes in length but your actual speech is 7 minutes and the rest of time should be for a question and answer session.

Travel Support Grants: 

The objective of travel support grants is to support up to 10 international Radiological Technologists or Radiographers who make oral presentations in an international session and participate in the 33JCRT in Japan. The travel support grant is worth US$1,000 each and covers airfare and hotel accommodations. All the applicants must submit the following two items to the JART office (e-mail: info@jart.or.jp):

  1. An application form for the Travel Support Grant
  2. A letter of nomination (From the president of your Association)

Closing date of submission for the travel support grant: April 30, 2017
