In keeping with the CAMRT’s commitment to providing our members with programs and services that respond to the needs of the membership, we are undertaking a member satisfaction survey. Your participation in this survey is essential to help us gauge overall member satisfaction and to determine how the CAMRT meets your member needs.
The CAMRT will be working with an independent consulting form, Harry Cummings and Associates (HCA) who will be conducting the survey.
HCA is conducting a pre-test of the survey questionnaire with approximately 250 CAMRT members before deploying the survey to the full membership. Your name might randomly be selected to participate in the pre-test prior to the survey period indicated above. The pre-test will help HCA determine whether respondents are interpreting questions as intended and to identify any problems with the questionnaire that might lead to biased answers.
