MRT Week Feedback
It’s a time to Celebrate!
The medical imaging and radiation therapy community has a reason to celebrate. MRT Week 2013 has arrived and thousands across Canada are celebrating to help raise awareness about this powerful area of health care and to increase the understanding of the contributions of the skilled professionals involved in the clinical applications of medical radiation technology.
CAMRT was overwhelmed with orders for promotional tools to help promote this important event.
We wish you good luck with your event and invite you to share your experiences and ideas with your colleagues and friends by posting your feedback or suggestions in our blog below. The most creative events will be featured in the CAMRT Newsletter.
If you have any questions please contact Kate Slean, Communications Coordinator at 1-800-463-9729 ext 240.

||At Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance Stratford Hospital- we had a great week. The students set up a very good display in our front lobby. We had a great coffee break for all staff- with guess the number of candy skulls in the jar..plus other door prizes.
We were spoiled by our radiologists who had lunch catered in, gave us some nice gift donations and other staff who treated us with MORE food.
An e mail was sent to all staff to explain the importance of Medical Radiation Technologists being a vital link in the diagnostic process.
Thanks to CAMRT for all the wonderful items..they were appreciated by all!
