The CAMRT Awards Program

Exhibit Competition Categories

Deadline for submission to both the essay and exhibit competition is March 29.

The preferred dimension for posters is maximum 4 feet by 4 feet (1.22 metres by 1.22 metres), but accommodation will be made for larger sized posters (maximum 4 feet by 8 feet or 1.22 metres x 2.44 metres) that may have been previously presented elsewhere.

ATTENTION:  The judging process for the competitive awards program has been modified.   Among the changes is a return to the onsite judging of exhibits at the annual general conference, and the anonymity of authors. We request that authors not identify themselves on manuscripts and poster submissions (name, institution, locale) to ensure a fair judging process. Please read the essay and exhibit regulations carefully for further details.
We are in the process of making some adjustments to the exhibit entry forms. Please refrain from submitting your submission until February 22.
